Here is what I have done since then to try to get it to start: 1. Removed the old fuel in the Rubicon and replaced it with new fuel. 2. Opened the carb and cleaned it out with carb cleaner. 3. D2 seem to somewhat lag in first gear and then eventually frees itself up and drives/shifts normally.
