The interactive map is by no means fully up to date. There are at least 5 between Sipho’s Ship Yard and The Spit. Temple of the Loon has a 100% spawn point for T4 fighters which I believe are purge level. And the Fractured Citadel is a good place to get essence. Plenty of reason to venture there, and its not nearly as heavily farmed.

Well the adjustment has carried over from Exiled Lands and applies to Siptah as well. If you fight it in the Fractured Citadel or spawn it at the Pools, it will kill you and your thralls in 1 hit (deals 100k damage per hit). I lost both my newly level 20 Thralls and Mount, then died myself.
