I used they little L adapter on the O2 sensor and had no issues until now. The L adapter rotted out and ruined the O2 sensor. A new O2 sensor and multiple attempts with different adapters and I can not get rid of the CEL. I have a Honda Accord 05 LX Manual 5-Spd. 4cylinder 4-dr sedan. Also I'm getting codes p0420 and p0139.
