While some reservations go super smoothly, others get stuck and give the worst experiences to users. Traveluro’s customer support isn’t the strongest. When you can get hold of someone to help, he/she won’t be very supportive. Traveluro caused double payment - Traveluro’s credit card declined. TLDR Traveluro credit card declined so I was double charged for my hotel stay booked thru them. Clearly shady business at best, most likely a scam.
