Any loadout or weapons that you can freeze, slow, blind and so on is great. The Lament has intrinsic Anti-Barrier. I prefer my Shadebinder with Osmiomancy Gloves with Bleak Watcher because I can freeze and slow enemies so it's much more safe to get near the enemies and use the sword. So it's a great combo to deal Champions and some Bosses.
