Moonveil is busted to the point of trivializing half of the game, if that sounds fun to you then go for it, otherwise you can infuse uchi with the blood slash ash and put points into arcane for a very strong almost game breaking bleed build. The cold-infusion of the uchigatana has b and c scaling and dexterity and intelligence which isn't quite as good as moonveil, but it's still pretty good. It allows you to set the frostbite status effect and it has bleed build up just like the moonveil katana.
